Project Planning
Once you reach out, we schedule an initial consultation to understand your goals and site conditions. We then prepare a project brief, feasibility assessment, and preliminary cost estimate. After alignment on scope and timeline, we proceed to the formal agreement and approvals stage.
We primarily work on a design-build or turnkey model — handling all phases from design and approvals through construction and handover. For landowners, we also offer joint development partnerships where we manage the full development in exchange for an agreed share.
We develop a milestone-based schedule at the start of every project, broken down by construction phase. This is shared with the client and updated regularly. Any deviations are communicated proactively with revised timelines.
Every project is assigned a dedicated site engineer and project manager. The team is supported by our central operations covering contracts, billing, legal, and procurement. Mr. P.V. Keshavalu Naidu maintains personal oversight on all major projects.
Pricing & Payment
Costs are estimated based on approved architectural and structural drawings, material specifications, and current market rates for labour and materials. We provide a detailed cost breakdown so there are no surprises.
Yes. For most residential projects, we offer fixed-price contracts with clearly defined scope. Any changes to the original scope are handled via a formal change order with agreed pricing before work proceeds.
Absolutely. We work collaboratively with clients to find the right balance between vision and budget — recommending material alternatives, phasing options, or design modifications where needed.
For fixed-price contracts, we absorb standard market fluctuations within a defined tolerance. Significant escalations are handled through a transparent escalation clause in the contract, with full documentation and mutual agreement.
